All orders ship from our US warehouse within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days via tracked USPS. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not happy with your squishies, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Our squishies are made from soft, non-toxic PU foam and are tested for safety. Recommended for ages 8 and up. Small parts may pose a choking hazard for children under 3.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status anytime by logging into your account.

Currently we ship within the United States with free shipping on every order. International shipping is coming soon.
